By making a booking and using Valley Orchard Dog Park, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings and Payment

1.1 All visits to Valley Orchard Dog Park must be booked in advance.

1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking. A booking is not confirmed and will not be considered valid until payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

1.3 Once a booking has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation containing directions and payment information where applicable.

2. Cancellations and Changes

2.1 Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

2.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

2.3 If your dog is unwell, including symptoms such as diarrhoea, please do not attend the park. Where reasonable notice is given, we may offer to transfer your booking to another date at our discretion.

3. Arrival and Departure

3.1 Visitors must arrive and depart within their allocated booking time to allow all customers to enjoy their session.

3.2 Under no circumstances should you enter the orchard while another user is still inside the park.

3.3 If you arrive while another user is finishing their session, please park at a safe distance and remain in your vehicle until they have secured their dog in their vehicle and have completely vacated the park area.

3.4 Once the park is clear, you may move your vehicle closer to the entrance gate.

3.5 Visitors arriving or leaving on foot must also remain at a safe distance until the park is clear.

4. Dog Control and Safety

4.1 Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times outside of the secure park area, including when entering and exiting the park and when returning to your vehicle.

4.2 The park is enclosed with purpose-built 5ft fencing and established hedging which is suitable for most dogs. However, owners remain responsible for determining whether the facility is appropriate for their individual dog.

4.3 Prospective visitors are welcome to inspect the fencing and facilities prior to booking if they wish to confirm suitability, subject to availability.

4.4 Owners remain fully responsible for the behaviour, safety and control of their dogs at all times while using the park.

5. Park Rules

5.1 Dogs must not be allowed to dig within the orchard area.

5.2 Owners must pick up and properly dispose of all dog waste.

5.3 Visitors must ensure the park is left clean and tidy for the next user.

6. Facilities

6.1 A water tap and bowl are available for visitor use.

6.2 Please ensure that the tap is fully turned off after use.

7. Children

7.1 Well-behaved children are welcome at the park but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

7.2 All equipment within the park is designed and rated for dogs only. Children must not climb on or use the equipment.

7.3 The equipment is provided to encourage exercise, enrichment, confidence building and bonding between owners and their dogs.

8. Liability

8.1 Use of Valley Orchard Dog Park is entirely at the visitor’s own risk.

8.2 Valley Orchard Dog Park accepts no liability for injury, loss, damage or accident involving visitors, dogs, vehicles or personal property while using the facilities.

8.3 Owners remain fully responsible for their dogs and must ensure they are kept under control at all times.

9. Acceptance of Terms

9.1 By making a booking and entering Valley Orchard Dog Park, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
